Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026

This policy explains what True Fuel collects when you use truefuel.us, why we collect it, and who we share it with. We have written it to describe what the site actually does rather than to cover every hypothetical.

Please have a lawyer review this before you rely on it. It was drafted to match the site's current behavior, but it is not legal advice and it has not been reviewed by an attorney. Requirements vary by state and by where your customers live.

What we collect

What we do not collect

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Checkout happens entirely on Shopify's systems, and card data never reaches our servers. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Cookies

We set a single cookie, tf_session, when you sign in. It keeps you logged in and does nothing else. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Clearing your cookies signs you out.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the store, and they only receive what they need to do their job:

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept while your account is open and for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes. Password reset links expire after 30 minutes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email truefuel.us@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as we can. If you gave us a phone number for alerts, you can ask us to remove it at any time and we will.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
