These terms cover your use of truefuel.us and any order you place through it. By buying from us or creating an account, you are agreeing to them.
Please have a lawyer review this before you rely on it. It was drafted to match how the store currently operates, but it is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by an attorney.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — and if we do, we will refund you in full. Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax or shipping unless stated.
Pre-orders
Some items are sold as pre-orders and ship on a stated estimated date. Estimated ship dates are our best current expectation, not a guarantee. If a date moves materially we will tell you, and you can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions are valid only for the period and on the terms we state, may be limited to one use per customer, and cannot be combined unless we say so. We may end or change a promotion at any time, but doing so will not affect an order you have already placed.
Shipping and risk
We ship within the United States and to selected international destinations. Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave us.
Returns
Because this is a consumable food product, we can only accept returns of unopened product in its original condition. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, contact us within 14 days of delivery at truefuel.us@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund you.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse promotions or to break these terms.
Product information and allergens
True Fuel gummies contain milk (whey protein isolate). Read the ingredient list and allergen statement before eating, especially if you have a food allergy or intolerance. This product is a food, not a medicine. We try to keep product information accurate, but if you are relying on it for a medical or dietary reason, check the physical packaging you receive.
Health disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to a doctor before changing your diet if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.
Our content
The True Fuel name, logo, text, and images on this site belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
