Shipping

The short version: we ship within the United States only, for now. Orders of $60 or more ship free. Pre-orders ship on the estimated date shown, and you can cancel for a full refund until they do.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping isn't available yet.
Shipping rates
- Free Standard shipping on orders of $60 or more.
- Standard shipping: $8.
- Express shipping: $15.
The exact shipping cost and any applicable tax are calculated at checkout before you pay.
Pre-orders
Some items are sold as pre-orders. Pre-orders are currently estimated to ship in late October 2026. Estimated ship dates are our best current expectation, not a guarantee. If a date moves materially, we will tell you, and you can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. See Returns & Refunds.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking information. If you have an account, you can also see your orders and tracking on your account page.
Delivery estimates and delays
Delivery estimates are estimates. Carriers can run late because of weather, volume, or other things outside our control, and we can't guarantee a delivery date.
Your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has shipped we usually can't change its address. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us straight away at truefuel.us@gmail.com and we'll try to fix it before it ships.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, see Returns & Refunds. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave us.
