Before your order ships

Changed your mind? Email us at truefuel.us@gmail.com with your order number before the order ships and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. This applies to pre-orders too: you can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. How quickly the money shows up depends on your bank or card issuer.

After your order ships

We can't accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. That applies to opened bags and to unopened bags. True Fuel is a food product, and for food safety reasons we can't take back or resell anything once it has left us.

That means we can't offer refunds for a change of mind, for flavor or taste preferences, or for product you have already opened.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, in poor condition, with the wrong item, or with something missing, contact us within 14 days of delivery at truefuel.us@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund you.

Packages that don't arrive

If your tracking shows no movement or the package never arrives, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to find it. If it can't be found, we'll replace the order or refund you. If tracking shows the package was delivered to the address you gave us, please check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us and we'll look into it.

If you think a product is unsafe

If you believe a product is spoiled, contaminated, or made you ill, stop eating it, keep the bag and its packaging, and contact us right away. For a serious reaction, get medical help first. See our Health & Food Safety page.
